I am looking for an agent that is able to help us to buy and sell houses in your area. This agent will be able to list all properties that we buy and sell. Agent duties shall include but not limited to:
Showing houses
Listing Houses
Posting For Sale Signs
Providing Comparable Sales reports
Fielding application
Demographic studies
And other marketing or sales tasks as needed
